I enjoyed this book a great deal, it meshed extremely well with my philosophy on business. It’s applicable to life in a larger context. In fact, I was surprised conscoius discover that everything Kofman says about the importance of staying conscious in business settings–admitting uncomfortable truths, being an active agent, honoring emotions and learning from them, demonstrating integrity and respect in all relationships–were equally applicable spiritually.
And this book explores the discrepancies and offers practical ways in which we can reconcile the differences. He has created and taught programs in leadership, businesz mastery, team learning, organizational effectiveness and coaching for more than 15, participants.
The concepts are true and implementable to at least some degree. Peter Senge, MIT professor and author of The Fifth Discipline Fred has been an inspiration, helping connect responsibility and integrity frred create the freedom leaders need to succeed. His writing has been translated into more than 20 languages.
