The illustrations use lots of different colors that are appealing to the eye and would make the students realize what type of tasks the frog has to go through to get to his ending goal.

This book is quite diverse in it’s potential classroom use. What is the gist from pages ? Throughout the book, the bullfrog goes through all the processes of finding food, avoiding becoming food to predators, and croaking to find a mates while preparing to fight other males to do so.
